Nutritionist's Take
The Top Chi Amethyst Baoding Balls are primarily used for hand therapy, exercise, and stress relief rather than providing direct nutritional benefits. These balls, made from amethyst, can promote dexterity and improve hand strength, which can be beneficial for overall physical health. However, they do not contribute to nutritional intake or dietary needs. While there are claims around stress relief and improved mental well-being, these benefits stem from the physical activity associated with using the balls, rather than nutritional properties. Additionally, the product's effectiveness may vary based on individual preferences and needs. They are suitable for general wellness as they encourage movement and mindfulness, but should not be viewed as a substitute for a balanced diet or medical treatment. Overall, they could be a healthy choice for those looking to incorporate stress-reducing exercises into their routine, alongside proper nutrition.
