KYB Struts SR4130 Editorial Review
The KYB SR4130 Strut Plus Complete Corner Unit Assembly is a high-quality aftermarket replacement for OEM struts. It is a suitable option for those looking to replace their struts without breaking the bank, as it is much more affordable than OEM replacements. However, it does not come with adjustable dampening, which may not be an issue for most users. According to customer reviews, the installation process is not as easy as expected, as the strut springs are not compressed. Some customers also mentioned that the box was damaged during delivery, resulting in missing nuts to bolt it on. In terms of fitment, this assembly is compatible with various Toyota models, including the GX470, Tacoma, and 4Runner. However, it is recommended to check the KYB website or similar sources for a fitment guide to ensure compatibility for specific models and trims. Overall, customers are generally satisfied with the performance of the KYB SR4130 Strut Plus Complete Corner Unit Assembly. It provides a solid and improved ride quality, and some users even reported a noticeable difference in handling. However, one customer mentioned that it may not be suitable for heavy vehicles.
