Know-How Foods Cheese Makers Editorial Review
The Feta Cheesemaking Kit has garnered mixed reviews from customers, with most feedback centering around the kit's usability and the crucial components included. Users who adhered closely to the included recipe were pleased with their results, reporting a successful outcome after three weeks of aging the cheese in jars. This hands-on involvement is seen as a rewarding experience, highlighting the satisfaction that comes from homemade cheese. However, significant criticism has been directed at the absence or inadequacy of the draining baskets. Some customers expressed frustration when they discovered their kits lacked these essential components, which are critical for the cheesemaking process. While others found the baskets to be too small, limiting their functionality. Overall, while the kit has proven to be a valuable gift and offers a fun learning experience, the lack of necessary items has led to disappointment for some users. In summary, the Feta Cheesemaking Kit is celebrated for its ability to produce quality homemade cheese, but the experience is marred by the inConsistency in kit completeness, particularly regarding the draining baskets. **
