One of the two front compartments is spacious enough to accommodate a laptop, with some customers also fitting an iPad or travel documents in the other. With a weight of approximately 7 pounds, the Carry-On Crossover is not overly heavy, and its backpack straps are adjustable and can be removed if necessary. An issue with its wheels being on the opposite side of the backpack straps has been raised by some customers, while others find it a helpful feature. The aluminum feet on the front can be removed, but they are not available as spares. Packing tightly will fit a week's worth of clothes, but it is not as spacious as hoped for by some customers. However, it is generally well built and of great quality, and worth the cost.
