It is important to note that there are two different bolt patterns used in the Vortec series, so it is necessary to verify which one is compatible with your engine. This intake manifold can also be installed on a Vortec V6 MPFI engine with TBI. However, it is not suitable for a 1994 454 with stock TBI. Additionally, if you are planning to use it on a 4.3 Mercury Mercruzer, the compatibility depends on the year of the engine, and it is recommended to use a marine (cast) intake for boat motors. The intake manifold will not fit a 1989 S10 Blazer 4.3L TBI, as it is designed for a carburetor using Vortec heads.
