Camp'Oro Le Classiche: Curled Fusilli Italian Pasta, 17.6 Ounce Pack of 12

**** Camp'Oro Le Classiche Italian Bronze Die Cut Rigatoni has garnered a mixed yet intriguing response from customers. Many appreciate the high quality of this dry pasta, highlighting its excellent flavor profile and nutty texture that sets it apart from more conventional options. Users noted that the pasta seems to hark back to a time when craftsmanship defined Italian pasta, making it a delightful choice for those who value authenticity in their cooking. Despite these positive aspects, some customers found the cooking process challenging. A recurring concern is the longer cooking time, which, if not managed carefully, can lead to pasta that is overly soft on the outside while remaining uncooked on the inside. Additionally, there were complaints about the rigatoni breaking during cooking, leading some to question whether the issue lay with the pasta itself or their preparation methods. While the price point is higher than average, many users believe the unique characteristics and flavors justify the cost, emphasizing that such quality is rare in today’s pasta market. Overall, Camp'Oro's Rigatoni stands out for its authentic taste and texture, but potential buyers should be prepared for meticulous cooking to avoid undesirable results. **
