The N+B Volume Shampoo and Volume Conditioner Bundle is a sulfate-free and paraben-free product which hydrates and strengthens all hair types and textures. It is made in the USA and is gluten-free and cruelty-free. The scent is refreshing and adds a little bounce to hair, while also making it soft and shiny. However, some customers have complained about the pump dispenser that delivers a tiny amount, making it hard to get enough of the product out. Some customers also reported receiving broken bottles. Though the shampoo was thicker than expected, the conditioner provided a smooth and soft feel. While some customers found the scent too strong, most enjoyed it.
