The product's peristaltic pumps are not strong, hence can't pull or push very far. The tubing required for the dosing is a standard one with 1/4" airline tubing. The seals from the rollers inside the pump, if not sealing, can cause the pump to siphon in the wrong direction. Customers had some complaints, especially around reliability and accuracy of the pump, with some of them indicating that the product does not maintain settings once the power goes off, and it does not have alternate-day dosing settings.
