However, some users find the step motion awkward and had difficulty maintaining balance, making it hard to use the arm bands. According to some, its range of motion is also limited. Users have been able to burn approximately 300 calories in 20 minutes, which is quite impressive. Unfortunately, some users have experienced problems with delivery and faulty equipment. Additionally, the hydraulic pistons can get hot and cause concern for fire. The resistance bands that come with the stepper have been described as useless by some people.
