jawab: For the recommended mixture, you need 4 oz of concentrate to 60 oz of water, which will freeze at 26 degrees F. In Minnesota during Dec to March, I use 8 oz concentrate to 12 oz water for a freeze point of -25 F. This might be overkill for New York. -
