Many users express satisfaction with its cleaning performance, highlighting its effectiveness compared to competing brands. However, there are mixed reviews regarding durability and stability, as some customers reported the product becoming unstable after minimal use. Concerns have also been raised about the two-chamber system not separating dirty and clean water effectively, leaving floors less than immaculate. Additionally, multiple users suggested that the mop could benefit from a redesign to enhance its sturdiness and longevity, making it essential to consider your cleaning needs before purchasing.
