jawab: Nope. I ordered some of these and they were nowhere near fitting my side foot. Later learned in a brick and mortar store that only certain On shoes are available in wide. -

What is the best way to clean them? Some say they are machine washable???? Don't know about that.
jawab: Brush off dirt first by hand and use warm water and a wash cloth to clean shoe. Not recommend to run through a washer because you risk ruining the material -

Are these shoes good for foot and ankle pain caused by walking on concrete all day?
jawab: I wore mine on my last trip to Europe and I walked more than 10 miles everyday, and mostly on concrete. Not to be corny, but it really felt like walking on clouds!! I never once thought about my feet or shoes. I also wear a pair every work day, and I wear a different pair to run in. I feel like this shoe is perfect for all occasions. They have different types of OC shoes, but this is the one I prefer. -

They come with stretchy strings and shoe laces. Am I supposed to swap the laces or does it matter?
jawab: On offers extra lacing in case you do not want to use the stretch lace. It’s is up to you if you want to swap them out or not.
