SportPlus Editorial Review
**** The customer experience with this product showcases a diverse range of opinions. On one side, several users have voiced significant dissatisfaction due to missing parts upon delivery. Complaints highlighted the absence of key components like the seat and various fittings, leading to challenges in setup and functionality. Some customers found it frustrating to navigate the return process, expressing that communication and support from the seller were lacking. However, there are also positive remarks about the product's performance. Once fully assembled, it appears to deliver a strong workout experience, with users praising its robust resistance and effective muscle engagement. The assembly process was described as relatively straightforward, though some faced difficulties due to unclear instructions. Enjoyable results were noted, especially with regular use, as several indicated that they found the rowing machine to be an effective addition to their fitness routines. The product does come with a space-saving feature, which, while noted as functional, could be more refined, causing some issues with alignment during use. Overall, despite the initial hiccups related to missing parts, many users found the machine satisfactory for its intended purpose once properly assembled. **
