Maklumat produk

Epiktetos Editorial Review
The book "Düşünceler ve Konuşmalar" by Epictetus presents timeless philosophical insights on ethics and morality, appealing to both seasoned enthusiasts and newcomers to Stoicism. Many readers appreciate its concise and accessible Prose, which typically spans 2-3 pages per topic, making complex ideas understandable. The translator, Özge Özköprülü, has been noted for her clear and effective rendering of the text, enhancing the reader's engagement. However, the book is not without its flaws. Some readers reported significant issues with the physical quality of the printed pages, such as overlapping text and incomplete sections, suggesting a lack of quality control by the publisher, İnkılap. Consequently, these defects led to several returns and dissatisfaction with the edition. While the philosophical content received praise, the poor printing has hindered the overall reading experience for some, overshadowing its otherwise valuable insights. Overall, "Düşünceler ve Konuşmalar" is recommended for those interested in Stoicism and seeking guidance on personal challenges, provided they are aware of potential issues with the physical copy. **
