    jawab: Hi Louise - there is no plastic film on them, you just take the mask out of the pack and unfold it and place it on your face. I haven't looked at the pack to read the instructions but I hope this helps :>

    jawab: I just do it at night and once I remove the mask, I rub in any excess that's on the face and then go to bed. Don't wash it off, you want it to soak in.
