The tomtoc Rolltop Laptop Backpack has garnered positive reception from customers, marking it as a robust and versatile option for both daily commutes and travel. Users appreciate its spacious design, which allows it to hold a week’s worth of clothes along with essential travel items. Notably, it fits conveniently under airline seats, showcasing its practicality for air travel. Many reviews emphasize the bag's sturdiness and comfort, highlighting the thoughtful padding that maintains comfort even when the bag is fully loaded. Aside from daily use, the backpack has received accolades for its stylish appearance and durability. Customers have commended the quality of materials used, with several noting that it provides excellent protection for laptops and other devices. The front pockets are praised for their utility, particularly the soft-lined pocket designed for fragile items. However, there are some critiques as well. A few users have expressed concerns regarding the lack of internal divisions and pockets, which can make organization inside the bag a challenge. Furthermore, while marketed as water-resistant, some users reported that water can enter the bag quite easily, which may be a drawback for those requiring higher levels of water protection. Nevertheless, the customer service from tomtoc is often singled out for its efficiency, especially in cases of product issues. Overall, the tomtoc Rolltop Laptop Backpack is recommended for individuals seeking a multi-functional bag that combines style, comfort, and practicality, though potential buyers should Consider the organizational limitations and water resistance. **
